We also use a professional work order system called Blue Folder that describes the work to be done as well as the work schedule. The system provides detailed notes and a work order history which we can provide you. Upon your approval, we also use keep track of your passwords and other settings in case you need them in an emergency or when we are called onsite to do follow-on work.
